Upgrade of BJRM 2002 v 4.0.x Executable to version 4.0.5

Caution: This will ONLY work if you have
BJRM 2002 version 4.0.1 - 4.0.6

To determine which version of BJRM 2002 you have, on the opening screen click Help, then About BJRM ... 

Instructions: This update is meant to replace the main BJRM 2002 executable, a file named "bjrm.exe".  If you installed BJRM 2002 into the default install Folder,  bjrm.exe will be located in:"C:\Program Files\BJRM 2002".   Otherwise, it will be in the Folder you directed the Install script to put it.

Just download the above file to somewhere on your computer, then double-click it to start the install

What this update will fix / improve:

1. Some of the Help Files were sometimes "not found".

2. You may have gotten a file error when saving a custom OSS sim file that you built and parsed from SBA output, unless you first open the One Sec Sim screen.

3. I've added an improved "random SD routine" in the Random Walk section of Trip Calcs

4. Removed the hilo 2 Dk H17D10 sim, which is not supposed to be there, and is probably an H17DASD10 sim, if anything.

5. Fixed a bug that caused the "Calc Optimum Bets" button to not work correctly if "Integer Bets" or "2x Jumps Max" were selected.

6. Fixed a bug that did not allow negative IRC to be entered in the Build One Sec Sim FIles section. You can now enter negative IRC is TC/RC is set to "rc".

Again, DO NOT use it if you have any release of BJRM other than BJRM 2002 version 4.0.1 thru 4.0.6
